Woodland Creation/ Reduce Soil Erosion from Farms | NR | F | MR

Location: Riverford Farm, Nr Buckfastleigh – Dart 

Aims: To create riparian buffers (green areas surrounding and shading water sources): Create green lanes (safe paths of greenery through cultivated land, allowing wildlife to travel and spread):  Encourage pollinator insects with pollinator-friendly seed plantings: Plant seed mixes that will feed birds: Enhance the habitat for cirl buntings (a rare bird that we've found at Wash Farm, Devon): Extend our existing woodland.
